(Doha, Qatar) Looking for Sous Chef for a 5 star luxury hotel.

Responsibilities:
• Lead your culinary team in creating a vibrant dining experience featuring international dishes and comfort foods in the comfort of their room.
• Introducing fresh and exciting concepts that set our dining experience apart through exquisite dishes that become culinary masterpieces.
• Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth running of operation and seamless coordination. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate will foster a harmonious work environment.
• Create a sense of belonging among your team, fostering a cohesive and supportive work environment that encourages engagement and collaboration.
• Assist in the training of all employees in compliance of company procedures.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 to 2 years previous work experience in similar positions in a luxury hotel is preferred
